WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. In the unlikely event of a product defect or quality concern issue, please return the item within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund or exchange. After 30 days, the product is non-refundable. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.


RETURNS

  • Most items purchased may be returned for a refund within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns received after 30 days are unacceptable.

  • Returned merchandise must be un-used and in the original packaging.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Candles need to be un-used

  • We are not responsible for return shipping fees.

HOW TO RETURN DOMESTIC ORDERS

Domestic orders require return authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopatsL.com for a Return Authorization #. 

Returns are typically processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of returned items.
